Instructions: Only Servants attending the convention as ECCYC Servants may complete this form. Each servant must be approved by the Church Priest and must exhibit the qualities necessary to lead his/her respective youth group. Attached are the Servants' Duties and Responsibilities expected of each ECCYC Servant. All participants must fill out the required fields denoted by an (*) by the appropriate deadline. The ECCYC reserves the right to reject any registration form at its own discretion. If for any reason your registration form is denied, ECCYC will refund the entire registration fee and notify you via email.
No registration forms will be accepted after 11:59pm July 6, 2010. No unregisteredvisitors will be allowed at the convention site. All cancellation requests must be made by email to info@eccyc.org and received by 11:59pm July 13, 2010. No refunds will be made after this date.
